🎯 Who we're looking for:

— Minimum 6 months of experience in arbitrage recruiting

OR;

— 1+ year in IT recruiting and a strong desire to move into the arbitrage space. 

💼 Your responsibilities:

- Full-cycle recruitment for media buyers and related roles;

- Sourcing candidates across various platforms;

- Screening, interviewing, and supporting hiring managers;

- Building a pipeline of talent for current and future needs;

- Collaborating closely with team leads and founders.
